By accessing or using Moonii ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Moonii provides tax calculation estimates and income tracking tools for individuals paying taxes in Sweden. Our service includes:

• Tax calculators based on Swedish tax rates
• Income and deduction tracking
• Tax situation projections and estimates
• Educational content about Swedish taxes

If you create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We strive to keep Moonii available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend access for violation of these terms

Moonii's core features (calculator, basic tracking) are free. We may offer premium features in the future. If we introduce paid features:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
• You will have the option to continue using free features
• Refund policies will be communicated at time of purchase

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonii AB, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

You may stop using Moonii at any time. You can delete your account through the settings page. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moonii AB regarding the Service.
